Down trend ongoing in turmeric root extract extract futures trading on the back of greater stocks from the fresh plants along with greater production concerns.Demand from the offshore and home buyers kept lower loaning support to the holds in the market.
Rates are dropping for turmeric root extract extract as greater arrivals of the new plants avoided any major uptrend for the investment. With improved arrivals, the uptrend may be restricted until need choices up. Anticipations that arrivals might obtain strength in the future is reducing prices from trading greater.
Good shares and improved selling need along with vulnerable need in the mandis have kept pattern vulnerable for the investment over the last few weeks. Generation of Turmeric root extract extract is predicted to touch traditional level of 81 lakh luggage in 2011-12 season.

Today’s Tips for NCDEX “Commodity Trading”
Soybean futures gained in India on Thursday due to strong domestic demand amid lower production concerns of oilseeds complex.
In NCDEX soybean March contract closed at Rs.2700 per quintal, up by 1.20 oer cent against the previous close.
Guar seed futures hits upper circuit in NCDEX on Thursday due to firm export demand amid limited stocks in the domestic markets.
Guar seed March contract hits upper circuit at Rs.19172 per quintal against the previous close. In the morning session the contract traded at a range of Rs.18310-19170 per quintal. Open interest of the contract is 17871 lots and volume traded is 9180 lots for the time being.
Turmeric futures fell Thursday on higher stocks in the spot markets amid expectations of higher output.
In NCDEX turmeric April contract traded at Rs.4760 per quintal, lower by 1.27% against the previous close.

Jeera prices in the intraday are expected to trade sideways on account of lacklustre demand from the domestic buyers.

Turmeric futures declined Wednesday on higher crop concerns amid ample supply in the physical markets.
In NCDEX turmeric March contract is trading at Rs.4680 per quintal, down by 0.29 per cent on against the previous close.
Pepper futures rose Wednesday on firm domestic demand along with thin supply in the spot markets. Limited stocks in the domestic markets amid lower output concerns also supported the uptrend.
In NCDEX Pepper March contract is trading at Rs.33110 per quintal, down by 3.10 per cent on against the previous close.

Refined soy oil in benchmark Indore market quoted up Rs 1 at Rs 674 per 10 kg and in Mumbai it quoted higher Rs 6 at Rs 674 per 10 kg.
Crude soy oil in Indore market traded up Rs 4 at Rs 644 per 10 kg, while in Mumbai it quoted up Rs 5 at Rs 6487per 10 kg.
Mustard oil in Mumbai quoted higher Rs 7 at Rs 729 per 10 kg, while refined sunflower quoted at Rs 689 per 10 kg.
Cardamom and pepper in India's commodity exchange traded higher for the week on higher demand from both domestic as well as international while, turmeric fell 10.10% during the period.
Global Pepper production in 2012 is expected to increase 7.1% to 3.20 lakh tons as compared to 2.96 lakh tonnes in 2011 with sharp rise of 23% in Indonesia's output and in Vietnam by 10%.

Today's NCDEX Tip's
The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) revised global cotton ending stocks for 2011-12 upward at 57.66 million bales in its December report from 54.95 million bales estimated in November on higher opening stocks and lower consumption.
USDA forecasted opening stocks of 45.49 million bales, production of 123.42 million bales compared to 123.88 million bales, consumption of 111.34 million bales versus 114.27 million bales, exports of 36.56 million bales compared to 36.32 million bales and ending stocks of 57.66 million bales versus 54.95 million bales in November.
USDA revised production estimates of US downward by 437,000 bales, while output of rest of the major producers likely to remain unchange.
Mill Consumption estimates of most of the big consuming countries revised downward.
